2 Cans of Corn Beef
4 Potatoes (Peeled and Cut Up)
4 Onions (Chopped)
4 Carrots (Peeled and Chopped)
1 Head of Cabbage (Cut Up)
1 Qt. of whole Tomatoes (Cut Up)
1 1/2 quarts of water
1 Quart of V-8 Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Layer vegetables and Corn Beef in pan. Pour water over and cook until tender. Add V-8 juice over and simmer about 15 minutes
