Ingredients:  
2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 large onion sliced
1 tsp salt
1 T. whole mixed pickling spices
Cubed or sliced left over ham

Directions:
Directions:
Put mixed pickling spices in a cloth bag. Bring alll ingredients except ham to a boil in a sauce pan. Add ham. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Chill. Remove spice sack before chilling.
