1 pound extra lean ground beef, 1/2 t. salt, 1/2 t. ground ginger, 1/4-1/2 t. pepper, 2 c. water, 1 14-ounce can vegetable broth, 3 c. frozen stir fry vegetables,1 package ramen noodles

Brown, rinse, and drain beef. Add spices. Stir in broth, water, and ramen seasoning packet. Stir in broken noodles and vegetables. Return to boil for 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
