hot peppers
wieners
1/2 c. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
canning jars

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil 2 qts. water and 1/2 cup salt; Drop peppers into mixture for 3 minutes. Cool in cold water.
Cook wieners and cool.
Stuff wieners into peppers and place in jars.
Bring to boil vinegar and sugar. Pour syrup over stuffed peppers and seal. Process 5 min. - 5 lbs.
