1 lb. ground beef
1 can small English peas
1 small bottle catsup
1 onion
1 can cream style corn
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and ground beef in small amount of cooking oil (if beef is real lean) then add all other ingredients and cook slowly till done (30 min. to 1 hr.) stirring often. Serve over light bread.
