1 cup Saltine Cracker Crumbs
1/2 lb. butter
3 cups sliced white onions
1/2 lb. grated swiss cheese
1 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Pepper
1 cup scalded milk
3-5 well beated eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine 1 cube of melted butter with the saltine crackers and mix. Press the mixture into a pie pan. Cook the sliced onions in the remaining butter. When the onions are transparent, remove them from the heat and allow them to cool. Place onions in pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour it over the onions/pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes.
