Crust:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 15 minutes at 350º.

Mix together:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip

Spread this over the baked crust.

Mix two boxes of banana (can use any flavor) instant pudding with 2 cups of milk.

Beat until thick; pour over cream cheese mixture; cover with a layer of cool whip.

Refrigerate. Right before serving you can cover with fresh banana slices.

Bob and Heather’s favorite dessert….They both love bananas. This can also be made with chocolate pudding (which Dad liked) and lemon is really good too!
