1 lb. velveta cheese
3 eight ounce packages of cream cheese
6 to 8 ounces of cheddar cheese
small cube roguefort or blue cheese
onion juice,, (about a teaspoon, or to taste)
garlic powder (about two teaspoon or to taste)
parsley flakes
or
finely chopped pecans..

Let cheese warm to room temperature
mix the cheeses and onion juice and garlic powder together,,, mix until smooth
chill,
roll into cheese balls, 4 to 5 depending on the size you want,, roll the cheese balls in parsley flakes or chopped pecans,,, I use pecans.
