4 sticks margarine
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 eggs
5-1/4 c. flour
powdered sugar
prepared fillings (2 cans for 1 recipe)

Beat margarine and cream cheese. Beat in 1 egg at a time and add half of the flour, mix well. Add rest of flour and mix with wooden spoon (very thick). Knead slightly on floured board. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Divide into 4 parts. Roll out to 1/4" thick on floured board. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 3” squares. Fill with prepared filling and fold 2 opposite corners and seal. Placed on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes. (Roll very thin and wet cross over corner under to keep from opening. 1 tsp. does 3 squares).
