8 apples (peeled & sliced)
2 pie crusts (homemade or frozen)
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1/2 stick butter (cut in pats)
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie tin with crust. Pierce crust several times with fork or knife. Brush with melted butter. Pile in apples. Dump flour, sugar, cinnamon on top of apples. Put top crust on pie, seal edges. Pierce crust with knife several times and brush with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in 350º oven.
