1 can sauerkraut (16 oz.)
2 c. celery (diced)
1 c. green pepper (diced)
1 c. onion (diced)
1 can pimento (4 oz.)
½ c. sugar
½ c. vinegar
¼ c. oil
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Combine with celery, green pepper, onion and pimento. Combine sugar and vinegar. Add oil slowly and beat. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Chill 1 hour.
