1 lb. broccoli (blanched)
1 c. golden raisins
½ lb. of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 red onion (sliced thin)
1 c. mayonnaise
¼ c. sugar
2 T. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
To blanch – drop broccoli in salted boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and put into ice bath for 1 minute – then spread on paper towels to drain well. Mix all ingredients and chill well before serving.
