1 bottle of thousand island dressing
24 slices small round rye bread
1- ½ c. sauerkraut (chopped and well drained)
½ lb. thinly sliced corned beef
4 oz. Swiss cheese (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread about ½ tsp. dressing on each slice of bread. Top with slice of corned beef and a spoonful of sauerkraut. Cut cheese to fit bread and place over sauerkraut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
