1 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 c flour
1 egg
½ tsp. salt
2 quarts water, salted to taste
melted butter
3 T. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, flour, egg and salt. Bring water to a boil and add the salt. Pinch off small pieces of potato mixture and roll between hands to form small finger shape. Drop into boiling water and boil 10 minutes. Drain – Toss with melted butter then top with bread crumbs.
