1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach. Drain, and squeeze excess water out of spinach.

Brown onion and garlic until golden in butter. Add flour until lightly brown. Stir in milk, then spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.

Place frozen chopped spinach in zip lock bag when thawing.
