24 Hydrox cookies
1 c. dates
1 c. water
4 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies. Save 1/4 c. for top. Spread in 9x13" pan. Combine dates and water. Boil 3 minutes. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Cool 20 minutes. Stir in nuts. Spread over cookies.
Whip cream. Add vanilla and sugar. Put over date mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
