1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 lemon cake mix

Topping:
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Set aside. Bake cake in 9 x 13 according to package directions. Cool cake 20-25 minutes. Poke deep holes through the top of the still warm cake with meat fork or toothpick. Space holes about 1 inch apart. Slowly pour jello into holes. Refrigerate while preparing topping.

Topping:
Mix cool whip and package of lemon jello. Frost immediately. Refrigerate.

You can also use red or orange jello with white cake mix and matching cool whip/jello frosting.
