1.25 c. All-Purpose Flour

1/2 c. Sugar

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 tbsp. Baking Powder

1.5 c. Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal

1.25 c. Milk

1 Egg

1/4 c. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir together flour, sugar, salt & baking powder;
set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, combine cereal & milk.
Let stand about 3 minutes or until cereal
softens. Add egg & oil, mix well. Add flour
mixture stirring only until combined. Portion
batter evenly into 12 lightly greased 2.5 inch
muffin-pan cups.

3. Bake in 400º oven about 20 minutes or until
golden brown. Serve warm.
