2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all in a blender. Blend to the count of 10 at medium speed; pour into a deep pie tin. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Cool.

This is also known as Crazy Pie. It is very good. This has the crust with custard in the middle and coconut on top.
