2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 t. almond extract
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cold water
2 egg yolks

2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon almond extract

1 can blueberry pie mix or homemade blueberry
pie mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, almonds and butter. Blend like pie crust. Combine eggs, water, extract and toss lightly with pie crust mixture. Form into 3 balls. Press out on 9" wax paper circles. Place on cookie sheets. Remove waxed paper. Bake 400° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Place one layer on cake plate. Whip cream with almond extract. Place 1/3 cream on first layer. Add 1/3 blueberry mix. Continue with other layers. Chill.
