2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 t. almond extract
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cold water
2 egg yolks

2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon almond extract

1 can blueberry pie mix or homemade blueberry
pie mix

Combine flour, sugar, salt, almonds and butter. Blend like pie crust. Combine eggs, water, extract and toss lightly with pie crust mixture. Form into 3 balls. Press out on 9" wax paper circles. Place on cookie sheets. Remove waxed paper. Bake 400 for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Place one layer on cake plate. Whip cream with almond extract. Place 1/3 cream on first layer. Add 1/3 blueberry mix. Continue with other layers. Chill.
