4 cups blueberries, freshly picked wild berries are best
4 T. flour
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
dough for 2 pie crusts
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix blueberries, flour, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Cook together until sugar dissolves. If berries are frozen, add 1 extra T. flour. Pour into pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with second crust. Make slits in the crust. Sprinkle with a bit of sugar.
Bake 450° for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350° and bake for 20-25 minutes
