1 unbaked 9 in. pie crust

1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. butter melted
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients together; pour mixture into unbaked pie crust and top with pecans. Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes. It is done when a toothpick comes out clean. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
