2 lb. 1” round steak (bone in)
1 medium onion (sliced or diced)
1 stalk celery (diced fine)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 can tomato soup
½ can water
1 can stewed tomatoes (cut in pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper, flour round steak. Brown well in 2 T. Crisco. Add the rest of ingredients. Cook in 350º oven for 1-½ hours or put in crock pot for 8 hours.
