1-½ lb. ground chuck
2 cans of cut green beans
1 onion (diced)
¼ c. water
1 can of tomato soup
6-8 red or yellow potatoes
1 egg
16 oz. bag cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef and onion. Add green beans and put in a casserole dish. Add ¼ c. of water and 1 can of tomato soup. Mix and toss without breaking up beans. Boil and mash the potatoes. Add a little butter and milk to make creamy. Add 1 egg and beat until fluffy. Layer the mashed potatoes over the meat and bean mixture. Sprinkle some of the cheese lightly over the top of the potatoes. Bake in 350º oven for 45-50 minutes. Add the rest of the cheese and let it melt for a couple more minutes.
