2 lb. St. Louis ribs
1 tsp. 5 spice powder or allspice
½ c. dark soya sauce
2 T. light soya sauce
3 T. honey
2/3 c. Housin sauce
2 T. dry sherry
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 T. vinegar
½ c. sugar
½ c. catsup
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
½ c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs with 5 spice powder – 50-60 minutes until tender but firm. Mix remaining ingredients in a 9x13” pan. Add hot ribs to marinade and let stand 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Remove from sauce and put in roasting pan, bone side up and bake in 450º oven for 5-10 minutes, basting often. Turn ribs and broil 5-10 minutes or until reddish brown. Save sauce to use again.
