1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichokes and combine with other ingredients. Bake uncovered in a 1 quart casserole at 350º for 30-40 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with Wheat Thin crackers.
