2 lbs. round steaks
½ lb. Mushrooms (fresh)
¼ c. butter or margarine
1 onion (large and chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1 10-1/2 oz. can of beef boullion
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all fat and cut steak into strips.
Sauté mushrooms and onions in 2 T. Butter, remove. Sauté round steak that has been dredged in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Add salt, boullion and simmer for about 1 hour. Add mushrooms and onions, and sour cream, just heating through but not to a boil. Great with noodles Romanoff and green beans or broccoli!
