1 1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. water
pinch salt
3 T. butter
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat in large kettle heat white sugar, corn syrup, 1/2 c. water and pinch of salt. Cook to 240º. Add butter and raw peanuts. Cook and stir to 320º. Add baking soda, 1 tsp water and vanilla.

NOTES: Before you start cooking -
Heavily butter 2 cookie sheets – I use pizza pans
Mix the soda, water and vanilla together ahead of time.

Spread quickly as this will harden fast.
