3-4 lb corned beef brisket
1 small cabbage
2-3 carrots
2 regular potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place corned beef in crockpot and cover with water. Cook on high for 1 hour. Cook on low for 7 hours.
When corned beef is almost done, chop up cabbage, slice carrots and cube potatoes. Fill a saucepan half-way with water and bring to boil. Add vegetables. Boil over
medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Take 2 cups of the water the corned beef has been cooking in and add to the saucepan of vegetables. Boil for 10 more minutes.
Take corned beef out of the crockpot. Slice and place on serving platter. Drain water from vegetables and place around sliced corned beef on platter. Dot with butter.
Serve & enjoy!

Grandma told me the secret of adding the corned beef water to the vegetables and it makes it totally yummy! This is one of my all-time favorite Koldewyn dinners!
