1 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 t. salt, 2 t. baking powder, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1 egg, 1/3 c. milk, 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1/4 c. butter (cubed), 1 1/2 t. cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Put oil in liquid measuring cup and add egg and milk to make 1 c. Mix with flour mixture. Add blueberries. Stir just until moistened. Fill muffin cups to top. Mix 1/2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Add to top of muffins. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
