5 - 10-in. flour tortillas
salsa
For the filling:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives (optional)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all filling ingredients thoroughly, divide and spread over tortillas. Roll tortillas and cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into 1/2 to 3/4 in. slices. Serve with salsa.
