1-2 pkgs. refrigerator butterflake rolls-if you can't find them, use the flaky biscuits.

1 lb. ground beef, browned (add a little salt and pepper) and drained OR
2 lbs. bacon, cooked and chopped

3 c. shredded Swiss Cheese
2/3 c. minced green onion
6 eggs well beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. sugar

Grease mini-muffin tins
Separate a thin layer of biscuit and press into each cup
Put a small amount of meat, cheese and green onion into each biscuit lined cup
Mix eggs, half and half, salt, sugar, pepper

Pour into cups about 3/4 full.
Bake 375 until golden brown-about 20 minutes.
Serve warm or reheat in oven.
