8 c. beets
2 c. water
2 c. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 T. mixed pickling spice
1 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Boil beets until done, put in cold water, peel and cut up. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. After reaching a boil, put in beets; boil 10 minutes; then seal in jars.
