For the puffs:
1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 T. parmesan cheese

–Chicken salad (Sam’s is great)
– Deviled ham filling
3 cans deviled ham
1 T. horseradish
salt & pepper
1/3 c. sour cream
Mix together

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat water and margarine to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir until smooth and glossy. Stir in parmesan cheese.
Drop puffs by rounded teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until puffed and golden brown and dry, about 25 minutes. Let cool. When cool, cut off top and fill with filling.
