2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 small can chopped green chilies—mild
2 cups cheese (cheddar or combination of cheddar & Monterey jack)
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
6 green onions, chopped
8—10 medium flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except tortillas. Place 2 rounded tablespoons of filling in each tortilla, wrap loosely. Place enchiladas in a greased 9 x 13” baking dish, seam sides down. Spread the remaining sauce over the enchiladas. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 with plenty for
leftovers!
