3/4 cup self rising flour
3 1/4 oz pkg vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 T butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 large can sliced peaches (drain & save juice)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
cinnamon & sugar mixed for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, vanilla pudding, butter, egg, milk and pour into a greased pie pan or glass baking dish. Place peaches on top of mixture. Combine cream cheese, sugar, 3 T reserved peach juice then spoon this mixture over peaches to within 1 inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
