1 rolled roast
onion and celery to taste
salt and pepper
1 cup water
1 can beer

Cook over low heat in a covered kettle for 4 to 6 hours until all the meat falls completely apart. (Add more water as needed.)

Just before serving add 1 can of beer. Let simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve in hamburger buns. Great for a party.
