1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, cocoa, soda and salt into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until moistened.

Pour into a 8 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.

Top with sour cream or whipped cream and a dollop of applesauce.
