Crisco No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 1/2 cups Hungary Jack Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
1/2 cup each sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8-inch square pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine pancake mix, 1/3 cup sugar, chocolate chips, sour cream, water and vanilla. Shape dough into 2-inch balls; place in pan. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, walnuts and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
