1/3 cup Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
6 cups packed torn spinach leaves
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 tbsp bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon to desired crispness, drain and set aside. Add dressing to pan stir until hot. Pour over combined spinach, mushrooms, bacon and onion in large bowl; toss to coat.
