1 lb ground venison
1 ½ cup cooked wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup water
3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown venison over medium heat, stirring to break up. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
