1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup uncooked rice
1/4 chopped onion
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything except water and soup. Form into balls and put in a baking dish. Mix the water and soup heat to boiling. Pour over balls. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
