8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup beer
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. flour
tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub medium saucepan with garlic clove. Shake shredded cheeses and flour in a paper bag to mix.
Bring beer to boil in saucepan. Add the cheeses and a dash of tabasco sauce to pan. Stir until smooth. Add to fondue pan and keep warm. Serve with chunks of Italian or French bread for dipping.
If cheese becomes thick, it can be thinned with warm beer.
