2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup sugar
6 slices bread
Cooking oil
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk and sugar in bowl large enough to dip sliced bread. Heat skillet and use enough oil to fry several slices of bread at one time. Dip bread in egg mixture. Don't leave in too long for bread will break. Fry until golden brown. Turn and fry on other side. Drain on paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar.
