1 cup finely chopped shallot
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 jar pepper jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients. Spread on cookie sheet. Top with pepper jelly. Chill. Serve with corn chips.
