3-4 lbs. beef roast
1/2 (small) bag of baby carrots
5 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pouch of dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. minced garlic
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix carrots, potatoes, mushroom soup, onion soup and garlic.

Put half of the soup mix in a large crock pot then add the roast in the middle and pour the rest of soup mix on the top.

Cook on medium heat for 6-8 hours or untill done
