8 whole graham crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup milk
1 cup cream, whipped
2-4 sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for crust, put into pie plate and bake for 5 minutes in a 325º oven.

After crust cools, slice 2-4 peaches into it and set aside.

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat or in double boiler, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and smooth. Whip 1 cup whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Now, the SECRET to this is to fold the marshmallows into the whipping cream, not the other way around. Mix well, pour over peaches in the crust and cool in refrigerator.

Keep refrigerated.

I got this recipe from a friend of my years ago, and thought it was lost. I am glad Becky found it written in the front of one of Grandma's cookbooks!
