2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust: Cream butter and brown sugar; add flour and nuts. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping. Press mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 350 for 10 min.

Topping: Blend sugar and cream cheese; add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour on baked crust, sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
