Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
3 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine warm (room temp.) butter with sugar and add egg.
2. Sift dry ingredients together. Add slowly to moist mixture. Mix well.
3. Chill dough
4. Roll part of dough in confectioners sugar/flour, best if rolled thin
5. Cut out desired shapes.
6. Bake at 350º for approx. 8 minutes or until golden brown.
