1 8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 - 5 oz. package dried beef
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:

Blend softened cream cheese and milk. Mix in the other ingredients except for the nuts. Spread in a pie plate and sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until starts to brown slightly. Serve with your favorite crackers as a spread.
